Not all Florida real estate schools are the same.
Some are run by Out of State Entities. These real estate schools
are so large that the instructor may not even meet the owner of the school. The person charged with giving support to students may
not be the chief administrator or the owner of the school. I don't run one of those
operations. My name is Steve Simon. I own the school. I am
the licensed real estate instructor that will offer the content
support to students that enroll in my Florida real estate school.
Some Florida real estate schools don't even tell you who your
instructor will be until after you've paid. My school is not run
that way. You know before you register who you're dealing with. I've been teaching these courses for over twenty years.
